Hi Sandra,
Looks like you are having an excellent experience in Norway. It has been fun to read your posts. I am starting to get ready for the new school year (4th, 5th, and 6th grades) and am hoping to use the TREC site and all of our trips to launch into the content that I have to teach. If I remember correctly, you teach that age too? If so, or if you have some time if you could give some ideas for how I could link your experience to content sutable for 4th, 5th and 6th graders I would love to hear your ideas. I also am hoping to share this site and ideas with other Vermont teachers (K- Cool

through my Masters program, so any ideas, information etc. for content outreach would be great!

The last year I taught it was fifth grade, but I will probably return to middle or high school. At any rate, I would love to collaborate with you. I want to learn even more about your trip to Siberia and pull the experience into some of what I hope to prepare for teaching!

I am enjoying my experience, but six weeks in a long time and I look forward to coming home, especially since I have been away from my family for the past year while at NSF.

We certainly will keep in touch. Thanks for the post!
