Another day in Inuvik. The morning was spent working on logistics, emailing, etc. In the afternoon we went to another site to try and set up another grid but the group determined that there was too much impact on the area by humans to make it viable to create a sample site.

We had an early dinner followed by slides from Cape Thompson (near Pt. Hope AK) by Skip Walker.

Hopes are rising for flying tomorrow. Perhaps a few people will fly up in the DC3 and bring back a weather report. The DC3 can fly in worse conditions that the twin otter. If the weather looks good, the rest of us will fly up tomorrow evening. Wish us luck!
