I have so enjoyed reading all the postings. I actually learned something already too. I did not know the difference between plankton and nekton. I even had to go get a book and look up more info on it. Thanks and keep up the writing. I am enjoying it.

Hello Mrs. Hansen,
How is the library? You would LOVE the technology that is on the HEALY
both the Coast Guard's and the scientists'.
It is incredible here - everything I imagined and so much more. I have
lots more pictures than I am able to send through the email. I am
planning on adding some to the journal entries when I return to land and
others I will make into a power point talk.
Keep a watch for the MESS day to find out more about the food.
