Hi Emmy,

Last summer I was in Siberia for almost 2 months. When we weren't working, sometimes we'd go fishing. The biggest fish I caught in Siberia was a northern pike. I caught it on the Lena River and it was about 3 feet long. I also caught a fish called a Taimen - it is some kind of a trout or salmon. The biggest taimen I caught was probably 30 inches long. But I was told that they get REALLY big, more than 60 pounds.

Hopefully we'll get a chance to do a bit of fishing this year on the Lena River.

Max
