hi ms cie its brittany how is everything? kim and i miss you alot is the ship cold are u freezing? i hope not whatis the most difficult thing youve had 2 do yet?

Hi Brittany,
I am so pleased you wrote. How is your mom doing? The ship has heat -
a lot of heat. Outside is pretty cold -4 degree C and a stiff wind, but
inside is toasty. I wasn't expecting it to be warm so I did not pack
enough t-shirts and cotton socks. Thank goodness the ship also has
washing machines. The most difficult thing I have been doing to
interpreting the jargon from both the scientists and the Coast Guard.
Vocabulary is an area I have to work at, but it feels really great to be
learning. What are you learning? Tell Kim hi for me.
