Mr. Aumack:
I want to know if you have seen any whales yet! Also, am curious as to what marine life you all have caught? Are the plankton any different up there?
I met you last year in IPC, Cummings, at Port Aransas HS.
Thanks!

Hey Brad,
How are you doing? Getting ready for summer?
Nope, no whales yet. I have seen plenty of walrus and about 5 polar
bears but no whales. As for captured marine life, we have caught a
bunch of different species of plankton and benthic animals. I will try
to send some pictures of benthic animals but I know Mr. Johnson and Mr.
Cummings have pictures of the different arctic plankton. They are a lot
different from the ones we see in the Gulf of Mexico. Currently, we are
capturing tons of Psuedocalanus sp., Matridia longa, and arrow worms
(Both teachers have pictures of those animals in the plankton folder on
the disk I gave them).
