A lot of people at school have been having questions about the science journals. How many are we supposed to have total? The sub and both language teachers said 7 but before you left you said that we needed 5 total and any above would be extra credit. When we write our journals in first person, are we supposed to act as if we were there personally or that we were there but pretend to be a researcher or you when writing our journal. Such as if we were pretending to be the researcher could we say for something "extra" like that the researchers met you. Is that okay or not? Hope your time is going well there. See you soon.

Ok, here goes, but you might not like my answer: My requirements for the journals are minimum 5 entries. That does not, however, change the language requirements. If they told you 7, then you need to do 7. The bonus is that you will get extra credit from me automatically then!!

As for how to write it, it should be in first person as if you came with me. You can add in extra details, as long as the facts from your notes are included as well. I know this is a challenging assignment, but I really do want you to have fun with it. Be creative and have fun!!
