The TREC program
consists of four main components: (1) arctic field research experiences,
(2) classroom and public connections, (3) teacher professional development
and (4) sustained community and support. TREC 2005 will feature a new
cohort of TREC research teams -- scientists and teachers collaborating
in arctic science, with connections to the classroom and beyond. There
