• To what extent should ARCSS coordination be more centralized by the AC?

• Should the AC have a centralized SMO-like entity to help direct ARCSS?

• Should we promote an ARCSS annual (or biennial) report to foster better communication (between PIs, but also with those who can help fund) and coordination?
