The ARCSS Committee met on 26-28 March 2003 at Tucson Marriott University Park in Tucson, Arizona. The committee listened to reports on ARCSS components and discussed issues surrounding coordination and implementation of science plans. Twenty-two participants, including eight members of the AC, attended the open meeting.
