Today was a rest day. I unpacked my gear, cleaned out my gear, and got ready for the upcoming week. Other than that, I had a very peaceful and quiet day after a busy hetic week in the field. I cann't believe I'm this tired. Now, why are those muscles deciding to ache today? They haven't bothered me all week.

PS: I hope many of you had a chance to watch Lance Armstrong make cycling history as he won his seventh consecutive Tour de France.
