How is your trip so far? What did you find out about global warming? If all of the ice melted would any of the animals survive? Is the ship very crowded? biggrin.gif

My trip is great so far. We are learning a lot about how global warming is affecting the food web here. For instance, we have spotted a type of clam that did not live here previously. Although that might not sound bad, it is not good news. These clams have harder shells and less meat, so animals that feed on clams spend more energy getting to their food and then get less of it.
