Dear Patty,
As far as you are now, is there any animals that live on ice blocks or in them? We know that there are a lot of animals in the Artic. However have you discovered any that havn't been seen by humans in a long time, are some animals missing, or even new discoveries of animals?

There are tiny animals called zooplankton that can live in the ice. They can feed on tiny plant-like organisms called diatoms. So far, I do not think that we have discovered any new species. But we'll be keeping our eyes open for new ones!
