Hi Rekeisha - I usually go to bed around 11:00 p.m. and wake up at 7:00 a.m. so I try to get 8 hours of sleep a night. Somedays, I am still tired from walking through the snow so I try to take a little nap in the afternoon.

When I first arrived, I kept my watch (which had an alarm on it) in my sleeping bag to stay warm. However, I found that I couldn't hear it and I would wake up at too late. So, I had to hang my watch in my tent so that I could hear it in the morning. This worked much better.
