Hey Dena!

Glad you made it okay. Love the pictures. Can you bring back a penguin for Lukas for Christmas? Can't wait to exchange pictures when you get back. You can show me the Antartic wildlife... and I can show you more of our wild animal Luke! He is smilingand cooing and starting to laugh. He is about 14lbs now and looking more like his mom every day (thank goodness). Ha! One day we will tell him all about his wonderful step-grandma and her advenures at the poles. smile.gif We love you... stay warm.

Lindsay! Pablo is totally cute! What a great email to get. Tuesday we will be heading out to the field site for the first time, if the weather allows it, and my first glimpse of the penguin rookery. Can't wait!
