Wow...Ms. Pierce the polygon shaped like things on the tundra looks fasinating
wow...and I guess you guys see alot of native animals huh? What type of Bears were you tracking down.....(following footsteps)...anyways hae fun&good luck.... smile.gif mele

Hi Mele,

Yes, the polygons do look cool from the air! You can see them around Barrow from the ground, too. It's just a little harder to see the cool patterns from that close.

We saw some animals...mostly birds. We did see tracks of brown bear and arctic fox. And, we saw lots of caribou!

I hope I can go back some day!
