If I understand your question correctly, you are asking me about the time difference between Bellingham and the Kuril Islands?
Well, because of the difference in time zones - right now it is 1:50 pm on Wednesday in Bellingham. It is 7:50 am tomorrow morning, Thursday, in Yuzhno-Sakalinsk, which is near the Kurils. On Kamchatka, Russia, which is north of the Islands and a little bit east, the time is 9:50. So it looks like the time where I am will be anywhere from 18 to 20 hours ahead of Bellingham. Since we will be on the ship, we will be on whatever time zone that the Captain decides that he wants to follow.
I will be able to tell you exactly when we get there - Check back!
