We will learn about the history of the Arctic Ocean, both how it formed
and how it has changed over time. We will also learn about the climate
changes that have taken place over the last 10,000 or so years, since the
end of the last glaciation.

We will do many things with the data. We will spend time (at sea and at home) processing the data and representing it. We will study it and summarize what it reveals. We will discuss it here on the ship and show it at national meetings. We will write articles with it. It will be used to plan future research cruises. It will be delivered to the National Geophysical Data Center, where it will be available to anyone who wants it.

Is this what you want? If your question is more specific, I can give you a better answer.
