whats up mr crumrine, about your survival training thing, i understand that having a lot of technology can be dangerous, but wouldnt it be helpful to have a cell phone in a situation such as someone having hypothermia, and the only way they can survive is to get hospitilized. unsure.gif

Cian,

You are quite right if you had a cell phone and were able to call for help that would bed an amazing tool to use. What I was saying that sometimes we take along things like cell phones and then become to reliant on them. We take risks because we think the cell phone will get us out of problems. As long as we treat the cell phone like a tool and not as the only means of salvation then I think it is a great thing to have along.
