In comparison to the Brownsville climate, how are you adapting to the artic climate and is the change of whether affecting your health?

People told me that the air will be very dry in the Arctic and that lots of lotion helps.
Dr. Bernie wrote for clothing:
Clothing

“I recommend that you bring durable clothes for the trip. Bring warm,
comfortable, layerable clothing.
The temperature inside is regulated. The temperature outside does not
respond to the thermostat. You should be prepared for cold, windy conditions.”
