Hi Michael,
First of all what lives in the Glaciers?
Iceworms live within the glaciers. Iceworms resemble a piece of dark thread and are only 3/4 of an inch long. They have a preferred habitat temperature of 0 degrees centigrade (32 deg. F). Iceworms are able to maneuver on slippery ice because of bristles, called "setae," which are positioned along the worm's body. By moving the setae the worm can wiggle between the fractured ice and snow crystals.

Iceworms feed on algae and pollen which blows onto the glacier's surface. If their surrounding temperature increases above 4 deg. C (40 deg. F), they die. If a human finger touches an iceworm, it will instantly die from the heat.
I will write a story about the animals living in the Bering street and polar see like Fish, Crabs, Whales, Otters, Polar Bears, Walruses and lots of birds to name some.

Stay tuned.
Love mom
