What a week! Getting ready for my substitute, David Youngblood, for two months, getting packed, and trying to make sure that I have everything I need for the bottom of the world

[FONT=Geneva][SIZE=7][COLOR=purple] Rosen!! This is the first day you aren't here! What are we to do without you? I am sure you are going to have a great time though I am sad we can't be there too. Anyway, right now you are probably on a plane, hopefully sleeping through your long plane ride. Andy and I miss you tons... keep warm:ph34r:... and have fun! I forgot to give you your bon voyage gift so, I'll be sending it asap. I just hope it gets to you before you leave... maybe I should just keep it till you come home.. and it could be a welcome home present... you'll hafta tell me what you would rather. MISS YOU! I'll be writing again soon

I am still in New Zealand but tomorrow morning at 6 am I board a C-130 (the "slow" Air Force cargo plane) for "The Ice." It will be an 8 hour flight on this particular plane. Blah! I miss everyone! I see that your last post was at 5:56 a.m., how are you going to get any research done if you keep sleeping in so long? My people and I need to do about Carbon that comes from Ponies in this lake. I believe that it is an odd coincidence that without Carbon I am nothing but at the same time without YOU I am nothing (that is a good one huh). Be well talk to you soon.

Hi,
I read about you in the San Diego Union tribune. They did a big story on the front page of the San Diego section. I will be looking forward to following your adventures along with your class. I am sure that other teachers will be utilizing your experiences to enrich their classes as well. Thank you for sharing this with all of us. I wish you a safe journey and the best of luck with your research. |
