Are there tanks on board to keep the critter samples alive for the University to study? If so, how big are the tanks?

Hi Maureen,

Unfortunately, there are no tanks to keep the critters alive. They all go into large freezers and will be shipped back dead. Some of the fish will be disected to see what they have eaten, but the rest will be ground up and put through different analyzing machines.
