Hello! It is not always cold and snowy in the Arctic. There are basically two months of summer and ten months of winter. It can snow at any point in the summer, though. The temperatures range widely, but there can be really warm days in the summer in the eighties.

Twenty-four hours of sunlight is really quite neat! However, you must force yourself to go to sleep. Alaskans have blackout shades and visors to cover their eyes for sleeping. People are still active playing baseball games at midnight and other activities.
